Bluebeam Revu 2016, 2017, and 2018 Stamps Location
If you’ve recently upgraded to Bluebeam Revu 2016, 2017, or 2018 (Release date April 11, 2018) from an older version of Revu, you may have noticed that in Bluebeam Revu 2016, 2017, and 2018 the stamps Location any custom stamps that you had created in earlier versions of Revu are missing. Not to worry, your stamps are still available to you. The default Bluebeam Revu 2016 Stamps Location has changed slightly.
In previous versions of Bluebeam Revu (older than version 2016), the Stamps folder was located at C:Program/Data/Bluebeam Software/Bluebeam/Revu/Stamps
In Revu 2016 and 2017, the Stamps location is C:ProgramData/Bluebeam Software/Bluebeam Revu/2016/Stamps
Bluebeam Revu 2016/2017 Stamps Location
You have a couple of options
1. You can copy your stamps from C:ProgramData/Bluebeam Software/Bluebeam/Revu/Stamps to C:ProgramData/Bluebeam Software/Bluebeam/Revu2016/Stamps . Your stamps will now be available to you in Revu 2016 or 2017. Path shown will reference 2017 instead of 2016 for Revu 2017.
2. You can tell Bluebeam Revu 2016 via Bluebeam Administrator that the stamps are in the “old
Location. From Bluebeam Administrator, Select the “Net Config” tab, click the Browse button beside the Stamps section, then browse for the “Old” location of your stamp. That would have been C:ProgramData/Bluebeam Software/Bluebeam/Revu/Stamps. Then click the “Select Folder” Button.
You’ll then be presented with this dialog box. Click one of the following buttons:
Copy All – Copies all configurable settings into the selected folder. Use this option when the folder is being configured for the first time.
Merge – Merges any configurable settings defined on the local workstation with those currently found in the selected folder.
No Copy – Makes no change to the selected folder.
Your stamps will now be available to you in Revu 2016, 2017, or 2018.
