Copy Page to Snapshot in Bluebeam Revu
One of the more useful functions in Bluebeam Revu that you probably haven’t heard about – So why is it so useful?
By using Copy Page to Snapshot in Bluebeam Revu you can capture the entire page and then easily send entire pages from Bluebeam Revu to Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, or any Windows application that will allow a Paste. The copied pages will be exact duplicates of the PDF page, but in an image format.
If you are looking for how to snapshot an entire page, the easiest way to do it is to open up the thumbnail view, right click on the page and the select the option “Copy Page to Snapshot”. Then Paste the page wherever you’d like. And for those who favor keyboard shortcuts, it’s Ctrl-Alt-C. Forget about using the Snipping Tool to capture screenshots or the Print-Screen/paste workflow in Windows. The Revu method is easier and faster. Now the screenshot tools for Mac are helpful for those using Revu Mac. At the moment, there isn’t a Copy Page to Snapshot function in Revu Mac.
