Stapler Compiled RFC Report
When attempting to use the Bluebeam Stapler, you get an error message stating – Stapler Compiled RFC Report.
Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.
During the install of Bluebeam Revu 2016, it is likely that some references did not get updated . With Revu 2016, some directories where Bluebeam Revu’s core application files were changed. In rare instances we’ve seen a problem where the application will still reference the old location instead of the new location which can cause some functions and features to work incorrectly (in this case, the Bluebeam Stapler). Even reinstalling the software may not clear up the issue.
To fix this, the work around is as follows:
1. Copy all DLL files from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\2016\System32
2. Paste these DLL files into C:\Windows\System32
3. Reboot the computer
