Terms and Conditions - What you need to know

  • Terms and Conditions apply only to Software purchases. Clients who are enrolled in Bluebeam Certified Training Programs will be provided policy documents upon registration.
  • Bluebeam Revu Software Licenses are delivered electronically by email to the email address used when your order is placed.
  • When will I receive my new license(s)?  Your Software License Certificate will typically be emailed to you in less than 1 business day (excluding weekends and United States Holidays). Our office in Arizona, USA is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday excluding US Holidays.  Check the current time in Arizona.  Our Pennsylvania office, USA is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday excluding US Holidays.  Check the current time in Pennsylvania
  • 30-day Trials of Bluebeam PDF Revu:  We recommend that you "try before you buy" Bluebeam products before purchasing.  Your trial version is the fully functioning product. During the 30-day trial, you will be able to determine if the product is appropriate for your needs.
  • "Seat" means a registered install of Bluebeam Software.  If you purchase 10 seats of Bluebeam PDF Revu CAD, you can install and register up to 10 seats of the product.  The 11th registration attempt will yield a message indicating that "The number of authorized installations for this license key has been exceeded. Please uninstall the software from another computer first and then try again".  If you need to add additional seats to your license, visit our Bluebeam Store or call us at 480-559-8670.
  • Bluebeam Pricing:  We offer discounted Bluebeam software products pricing and use tiered volume discounts. Bluebeam Software Volume Pricing Policy is based on individual transactions, not a cumulative seat count from multiple orders.  The per seat price when you purchase 10 seats is less than the per seat price for a single seat.  If you choose to return a portion of your purchase, which in turn drops you to another price level, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the new license count.
  • Return Policy for Bluebeam Products:  We will credit an exchange or refund only where the request for the return is made within 30 days of the purchase date.  Maintenance renewals are non-refundable.
  • Software Maintenance should match the number of seats purchased. If you have purchased 3 seats of Bluebeam Revu Extreme, you should also purchase a 3 seat Annual Maintenance contract for Bluebeam Revu Extreme.
  • Software Maintenance should match the version of Revu purchased.  Be sure not to purchase Maintenance for a product that you do not own.  Example: Purchasing Bluebeam Revu Extreme, but buying Maintenance for Revu Standard
  • Software Maintenance Renewal Invoices (If you have purchased Software Maintenance): Invoices for Software Maintenance Renewals will be sent by email approximately 30 days prior to your renewal date to the email address shown on your software license certificate.  Software Maintenance renewals are processed when payment is received.
