John started Orange Blade Consultants in 2006 as a 3rd-party consultant for Autodesk working on the Buzzsaw platform with Architects, Engineers, and Production Homebuilders. Project collaboration is in his blood. His history with Bluebeam Software goes back to 2002 when Bluebeam Pushbutton PDF was released (yes, that's what it was called back then). When he isn't doing what he considers to be "important" stuff at OBC, he's traveling or hiking somewhere in beautiful Arizona or following Pearl Jam around the country.
20 years of experience in client service with a background ranging from corporate retail to public relations for non-profits. Sarah has worked with customers and executives in almost every realm of sales. She's got an answer for every situation imaginable. If you've called, chatted, emailed, or visited us somewhere out on the road.....you've likely met Sarah. She's "kind of a big deal" - Anchorman
Natalie joins OBC as the first EVER Customer Success Manager – and help you succeed she will. With a background in client relations and customer service ranging from Home Inspections to GoDaddy sales and support, her diverse experience with client needs is guaranteed to impress. Oh did we mention she's bilingual? Yep, she is, English and Spanish is what she speaks. Natalie is what some would call a SUPERNERD. She can often be found in her favorite Marvel superhero tee watching Game of Thrones with her family. Oh, she's also a Bluebeam Certified Instructor......so there's that.

Joel has worked in the tech industry for over 25 years, for companies like Microsoft and Symantec, and discovered Bluebeam Revu while working in the entertainment industry in 2005. He joined Bluebeam Inc. in 2007 as a technical support specialist, and also helped develop new Bluebeam employee training programs. He is a Bluebeam Certified Instructor and currently works for Orange Blade Consultants as their lead trainer. Feel free to ask him sometime what it’s like to use Bluebeam Revu on a low budget horror movie set in the middle of the forest. Oh......he's a pool shark too. So, do yourself a favor and don't get sucked in to the "wanna play a few games of pool" thing with Joel.....you'll be broke before the end of the night. You've been warned.
We welcomed Gaby to OBC in 2018 - and we haven’t looked back more than twice. Gaby joins us from the fast-paced world of Go Daddy corporate and brings with her a zest for customer service, a bilingual slang dictionary and a fierce competitive edge. She learned to drive at 12 years old and hasn’t slowed down since. After a long day of exceptional customer service and Bluebeam support she enjoys a fine glass of wine.
OBC welcomed Jeremy Steinbring to the team in June 2018. With a seasoned background in sales, support and tech services, Jeremy will be well equipped to partner with our enterprise level clients to build and manage their Bluebeam assets. As the Manager of Client Partnerships, Jeremy brings experience with a number of well known companies including Apple. Pairing some stellar work experience along with a killer knowledge of music history and playing guitar in dive bars - since the age of 13 - Jeremy is the coolest person we have on staff. We’d definitely ask to sit by him.

Orange Blade Consultants Opens their doors
OBC opens operations. Enlisted to provide training services to Autodesk Customers on the Autodesk Buzzsaw Platform. Working with Production Homebuilders and Government Agencies on the Autodesk Buzzsaw Platform. Teaching customers how to manage plan review, bid cycles, and incorporating paperless workflows into paper-intensive industries. Fun Fact: The OBC name was inspired by the Buzzsaw Logo (an Orange Saw Blade)

Autodesk Global Network Licensing
We spend the next 6 years performing Global Network Licensing (GNUL) deployments for Autodesk. Global Network Licenses allows companies to share software assets with their subsidiaries. We deploy software licenses for Autodesk Customers all over the world.

US Army Corp of Engineers enlists OBC
US Army Corp of Engineers, one of OBC's first large Government clients enlists Orange Blade to provide Bluebeam Software to the Pacific Ocean Division. License compliance, security concerns, and harnessing the power of Bluebeam Revu all came into the mix with USACE.
